Products may be ordered directly from this website and paid for by credit or debit card. Card processing is secure and handled on our behalf by PayPal. All prices on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP). Overseas customers will be billed by us in pounds sterling (GBP) with the equivalent value in their local currency appearing on their card statement.

Payment by cheque or postal order is also possible and should be sent with a written order to us at the address given on the Contact Us page.

EU Member States:
All prices on this website exclude VAT. VAT at 15% will be automatically added to the order total during the checkout process. However, where a valid EU VAT registration number is provided at the time of order VAT will not be added.

Other European and worldwide countries:
VAT will not be added to orders shipped directly to non-EU countries.

We aim to dispatch orders on the day that they are received. We offer a range of UK and international delivery options including next-day (UK only), international courier, as well as normal post. Options and prices appropriate to your order will be shown during the checkout process.

If an ordered item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. Please contact us before returning goods. Goods must be returned to us and be received by us in an "as new" condition, complete, and in original packaging before a refund is given. Please note that in these circumstances we will not refund carriage costs. This does not apply to software products such as compilers for which refunds are not possible. Please ensure that these products suit your requirements before ordering by first downloading and evaluating the free demonstration versions.

After 14 days, only faulty goods may be returned for replacement, repair or refund at our discretion. Our products are all supplied with a 12 month warranty. If you suspect that a product may be faulty please contact us for assistance by email or telephone.

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely on our behalf by PayPal. Our website transfers you to PayPal's secure servers for input of your payment details. Your credit or debit card details are not received by or held on our web server and all transactions between your computer and PayPal are encrypted. If you prefer not to order online, we will gladly accept payment by alternative methods as described above.
